There are two files in this directory, appart from this README:

fenixtok.sty: LPPL 1.3,   v. 0.92
fenixpar.sty: Public domain

The packages work with both LaTeX and e-plain.
fenixpar is just an interface applied to \everypar of the
general package fenixtok. More information is provided in the
files themselves.
